Titan offers on line payment options for owners and tenants. We have multiple options for tenants to be able to pay their rent with easy and for owners to receive their monthly disbursements with no hassle.

For owners who just need a little help here and there, TITAN offers partial services as well.

Our Story

After years of working in property management and over the last year serving on the board of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association, I (Jill) came to the realization that there was something lacking in the property management services provided to the community; honesty and integrity.

Mission

We will ensure that you get the best possible tenants and keep your investments clean and well maintained. Through Buildium, a state of the art property management system, you will have access to your account 24/7 while also receiving ongoing communications from Titan.

When we’re not working for you, we enjoy spending time raising our two children. Whether it’s cheering them on at America’s favorite pastime, complete with salty peanuts, or teaching them how to garden and raise animals, spending time as a family is our priority. We love to be outdoors and when time allows, we also enjoy the thrill of ATV’s in the sand or dirt. We are a fun loving family with adventure in our hearts.
