We track your financials and reports to you monthly through our secure, advanced and fully automated web-based accounting system. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment.

We use Rentvine which has all the required checks and balances required by the State of Oregon. All funds are held at Northwest Bank in a Client funds account audited monthly and turned into the Oregon Real-Estate Agency. TITAN pays the owner via EPAY on the 20th of the month.

All reports and tracking are further available at all times through the Owner Portal – just login and go!

Monthly and yearly owner’s reports

Owners are emailed monthly statements and are able to save and/or print statements and reports at any time. Through the portal system owners have the ability to look up any financial information, in any time frame, at any time. All expenses include original vendor invoice (if applicable) as well as receipts.
