Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical!

Tenants have multiple options to pay their rent and are expected to pay on time. If not paid by the 8th day of the month they are issued a 10 day eviction notice. If rent is not paid by the end of the 10 day notice an FED is filed on the next business day.
