Price: Equal 1 full month’s rent plus $150 set up fee.
Tenant Placement Service includes (but is not limited to):
· Market comparable analysis reports
· Advertising and marketing
· Home Inspection (for county, state and federal occupancy compliance)
· Tenant placement and all required forms
· Move-in inspection report
